What games can I buy/pre-order to get the summer DLC codes?

I'm trying to find a list of eligible games to get my codes but I noticed there really isn't a list of them, and a lot of the games I'm looking at just don't have the little logo on the page that says it's a sale-eligible item. Is there a certain criteria the game meets aside from price that I'm missing? Thanks!

Just have to look on the product page under the promotions section to see if it qualifies. There is no master list.

Also it has to be a physical copy of the game shipped and sold by Amazon and it has to be from Amazon.com not Amazon.ca.

It does NOT have to by a physical copy. I bought Rocket league's digital code and got the VIX bonus. You have to look for the bonuses under the product's page and see if it states that it's under Final Fantasy XIV's promotion.

When I checked, a 60-Day time card for FFXIV was a qualifying item.

Skyrim, you know you're going to get it anyway.
