According to Yoshi-P in Live Letter, there is not gonna be a nerf for Weeping City. Also I might not have heard em correctly, I think they said something about a possibility of a savage version.
Someone asked if there could be a savage version, which he replied with a "SAVAGE?!" so don't count on it.
As for nerfs, he said specifically that they wanted to make 24 man raids challenging again and that their only mistake was to make void ark too easy. So for everyone complaining that WCoM was too hard

He also said they'll continue to monitor the raids in the city and make changes when and if they are needed. They are eying Ozma's Meteor mechanic.
His reaction to Weeping Savage was the highlight of the whole Letter.
On those meteors though, what I do is if I'm a ranged/caster DPS, I hang at the far back of rectangle platform as long as there's no cube mechanic for early ingame meteor placement while the outer meteor is placed at the left side of the donut. I place the Alliance markers on the left side from where the Alliances are currently positioned. That's for the 6 meteors in second half of the Ozma fight.
If they change anything about Ozma's meteor mechanic, they will most likely making the circles smaller so they are not as easy to overlap if 2 people just "happen" to run the same way with them. I don't see them actually changing any mechanic of how they work and what happens though.
He did admit that the meteors might have been a too difficult, but it is a 24 man and people should need to communicate.
As long each alliance gets 2 meteors each and places them on the left connector and on the back of the platform everyone is standing, everything will be fine.
Also the meteors aren't the issue, the issue is how people panic with meteors on triangle phases. Most wipes i've seen happened during the meteors of the last triangle phase since people stack on top of each other with the bleed dot and when meteors drop, even if placed correctly, there's a huge damage spike that makes people instantly drop. But most of that damage comes from the bleed dot+aoe, not from the meteors.
