Reformed static looking for members!

We’re looking to rebuild our static after transferring servers. Our goal is to get as far as we can in Midas Savage before 3.4, while also building and preparing for 3.4. We plan on doing all Extreme Primals released during this time (including Nidhogg). If time permits, we may revisit some older raid tiers, such as Gordias Savage. We are looking for the following roles:

-SCH
-SMN/BLM or DRG

The following qualities are what we’re looking for in our players:

-Showing up to raids and on time.
-Being prepared to raid (food/pots/gear/research)
-The desire to improve even after we’ve completed content and have it on “farm”.
-Being able to take and give out constructive criticism.
-Being flexible with roles/responsibilities.
-Prioritizing the group over yourself in terms of performance/loot distribution.
-Knowing your job/role, I should not know more than you do when it comes to your job.
-A sense of personal responsibility, if something is your fault, you should be willing to admit it and work on preventing it from happening again.
-Enjoy raiding and playing the game in general.
-Must be able to work productively/effectively in a group environment.

Our group has experience up to Swindler in A6S, but A6S experience is not mandatory for the right applicant. We would prefer A5S experience up to enrage as a minimum, but we’re willing to teach and guide those who show promise. If you have fflogs/videos of your gameplay, I would like to see it. Toxic attitudes will not be tolerated and will be removed immediately. All candidates must read and agree to our raiding policies, and will be given trials before given a final decision. The failure to adhere to policies may lead to removal even if you’ve been accepted as a static member. Voice chat is mandatory (we use Discord) and having a way to contact you outside of game is also mandatory (still TBD, contact me for more info).

Our raid days and times are: T/F (8:30-11:30 PM EST) and Sun (8:30-10:30 PM EST). We will have an optional raid day on Mondays for additional practice, and will use Raid Finder/Party Finder to fill in for missing people.
