Aquapolis lore?

What is it? Why does it have so much treasure? How come it can only be found through treasure maps? Why must we slaughter those goblins?

WHAT'S THE STORY BEHIND THE AQUAPOLIS!?!

This is also one of the times that English changed things up and gave bonus flavor. The other languages all say the same thing:

Is there actually water in it? I've not set foot in the Aquapolis yet and likely never will what with its partying up requirements.

Yes. The deeper you go, the more water each chamber contains actually. I've found no particular rhyme or reason why the water is there, but it's there nonetheless around the edge of each treasure platform.

Seriously, we just straight up murder those poor Gobbies, they don't have any less right to be there looting than we do.

The five races have bandits all over the place. The five races have dabbled in primal summoning. But a few violent campfires and a a few run-ins with the Illuminati later and we're just zerging down fleeing treasure hunters? How can we even look Idyllshire in the face!? Sure, they don't know what we've done. But we know.
