Status on Ishgard housing?

Last I checked they said they were gonna implement an apartment system sometime this patch(?), but I haven't heard anything about the new housing area. Is it still coming? If so, when?

I think they said Apartments were coming after Ishgard housing? So expect them in the 3.X5 patch at the soonest after Ishgard Housing is released

According to a previous live-letter, though, Apartments were supposed to be one building in Ishgard. I'm not sure if that changed since then, though, considering Yoshida talked about designing apartment buildings for all three city-states at some event (no official source on that, though. :() ... I wish they'd update us more often, to be honest.

I remember that live letter but I don't know it's worth sorting through a 2+hr stream...

As far as I recall apartments were 3.35 patch and announced for sure. If you go to the official final fantasy channel on youtube you might find information about that from the most recent live letter.

In a couple live letters back (and not the last one) Ishgard housing was mentioned as something they wanted to do and only after they implemented the "move" feature (whatever that entails). Both of those two things were only hopeful speculation by the devs as things they had on their list? Maybe someone can find a translated excerpt from that to clarify as I'm just pulling from my memory.

3.4 but wasn't fully confirmed. We will have to wait and see.
