Hi all. Just got back to the game recently. I noticed I accepted the Anima quest as an astrologian. Is there any way I can delete the quest and keep my crystals for my main? I need my 230 weapon but not for AST ;_;
Any comments are greatly appreciated. I couldn't see anyone touch on this in the forums.
If you accepted the quest and didn't turn in the crystals yet, go pick up the quest on a other job. Turn in the crystals on that job and then abandon your astro quest.
But if you turned in the crystals/old zeta's and got the nodes (finished the quest: Soul without Life & continued with the quest: Toughening Up), than you have to redo that step.
Any other quest after this one needs to be redone as well if you choose to get a different relic.
You can gather the crystals on any class, so all you should need to do is accept the quest on the class you want the relic for, then complete the quest as normal. Nothing will happen to your crystals if you abandon the quest, my sister has done it for her own anima relic.

The rule is basically: If the quest items are in your inventory - they won't go away if you abandon the quest, if they are in your key items inventory they will go away. If there are no items to progress - assume abandoning the quest will reset any and all progress on that quest.
And yes with crystals you can decide to change before you turn them in by simply abandoning it and picking it up on a diff job.
