EU and Promotional items

Hello!

Following the announcement of the Amazon partnership for the promotional maid/butler outfit, my significant other really but really want the items. Unfortunately she has a EU account. Is there any plan of bringing said items to the EU side, or, since the promotion is time limited, should she create a North America account and start again from there?
