In the event of absence I will need a 1 day warning to find a substitute for that raid day. I the event that I am not warned I will count it as 1st Offense on the 2nd Offense I will find a permanent replacement.

In the event that something should effect my ability to be present on a Raid day I will assigned a 2nd command to take charge.

I made this post because I love to Raid and it's become increasingly difficult to find good played in game. Hopefully this post reaches anyone who is interested, I'll be check it regularly, hope to see you boots on the ground.
