Haven't been on in a while if someone could

Answer my question real quick that would be great!
So I'm not able to get HQ items as of right now with my BTN which is weird because I'm pretty sure I used to be able to.
My botanist is level 55 and it says 0% of turning it into HQ which is weird because I'm pretty sure Leaf turn used to change that into HQ.
So am I missing something is my gear to low?
Just want to complete this side quest for BTN but I can't do that because it requires me to harvest 10 Cyclops onions so if anyone could help please do so!

Your Perception might be too low...make sure none of your gear is broken.

Your HQ skills won't boost something at 0%. You need to have at least a 1% HQ rate for those skills to work.

Make sure your gear isn't broken and that you have the appropriate gear on. Check a lower level node to make sure things are working right. You may just be mis-remembering the nodes and are gathering at one of too high a level.
