Did you go see the achievement reward guy in old gridania?
His name is Jonathas and he can be found in Apkallu Falls.
I got mine last week, so I know it still works. Did you visit Jonathas at Apkallu Falls in Old Gridania?. When you talk to him, you should have a share a tale option and that will give you the reward.
