Yellow/green pixels in some hair and vegetation

As you can see, there's these light green or yellow dots or pixels in my hair and in other people's hair sometimes. It's a lot more noticeable at night. It's light green here but most of the time they're yellow.

Any way to get rid of this? Thanks.
