Eternal bond question

Here's a weird question, but is eternal bonding only character specific, or are there account and server restrictions in place as well?

IE: If someone bonds a character to you, can they bond another character to someone else.

Character only.

So your example is a "yes".

It is character specific. You can bond with as many people as you want on different characters.

Yes someone can bond with you and someone else with a different character.
