Title and Achievement suggestions

Two things I'd love to see added to the game would be the ability to save titles to gear sets (i.e. saving 'Of the Golden Saw' to my CRP gear set, setting 'The Darkest Shadow' to my NIN gear set, and setting a 'default' title for all gear sets I don't specify), and an achievement point reward shop (i.e. either spending points on rewards or getting rewards when you receive a certain amount of points [Titles and Glamours]). Seems silly to have a somewhat arbitrary point system that has no use. Additionally, it would encourage people to try different content if for no other reason than to earn the achievement points.

And I know it's been suggested time and time again, but specific gear set glamour for cross class gear would be awesome.

I know other people have suggested the ability to save titles to gear sets, including myself.
Why it hasn't been implemented yet I do not know.
