please display item level requirements BEFORE accepting a quest

ok so this has been frustrateing me for some time now. i play the game from a rather casual stand point. meaning i dont do alot of grinding therefor im usualy under the item level requirements. (im sure this could also be a problim for newer players)
my problim is as far as i can tell the game doesnt tell you (at least not in an obvious place) what item level youll need before accepting the quest. instead it lets you get clear to some climatic moment then tells you you need to go off and grind.
so can we get something to show the item level requirements BEFORE takeing the quest? maby put it near the picture at the top? it would be so preferable to do my grinding before the quest rather than right before the most climatic moments ruining the flow of the story.

oh and for the record i know i coulda checked the patch notes but i forgot....still i really do believe this should be clearly visable in game.
