3.3 has broken my game

so with the new patch coming out tues just gone when i tried loading the game when the notice poped up on the lodestone i entered my password into the launcher it downloaded the patch clicked play and waited

10 minutes later after seeing the same window frozen i got worried so i tried to close the window and relaunch, after spamming the task manager for 5 minutes to get the window to close i reset my machine and opened it again after and watched the checking version window for 10 minutes with nothing happening.

reinstalled and the same issue was happening

here we are at the end of the week and i have example one again where ive logged in and nothing has happened so all this is getting very frustrating
