About The Awry Salvages GC Leve

I am of the proper rank, but the GC Leve The Awry Salvages wont show up in Eidhart's list....why? Do I have to do a certain leve before it?

I managed to get the Leve to show up but now I have another problem. The Awry Salvages is a GC Leve quest I need to complete as part of my requirements for the Book of Skyfire which is for the Animus Zodiac Relic weapon, but I just did The Awry Salvages but the game is telling me that it didnt mark it off in the book D:

Did you have the weapon equipped? (it's been awhile..think that is a requirement)

The GC leves aren't always listed, do a leve from there, and it may appear the one you need.
Once I had to do 3 leves before mine showed up
