So I'm not in a static atm so I though Raid finder was gonna be awesome to get my clears. Over 200 minutes with no pop. Wut lol. Is it bugged or is just nobody using it? This is crazy lol.

It fails because it's trying to mix elitists and casuals together.
It'll probably take a while for people to figure it out before it gains traction in the playerbase. Also, a lot of people are likely still busy with the new 3.3 stuff and not focusing as much attention on existing raids. Give it another week.
I will be using it as soon as i have unlocked all the new content and passed it. Hopefully i can get somewhere with it
