Random BRD idea/suggestion

This might've already been suggested, but I couldn't find mention of it.

Now I'm aware that this is probably not the best idea for various reasons (like balancing and whatnot), but:

What if the Bard's songs' strength were affected by the character's stats?

Like having an increased MP/TP regen per tick, or a stronger Foe's debuff amount based on a specific stat.
This could be an added motivation for BRD to gear up.

It probably can't be linked to a tertiary stat, or the BRD would end up being too spread out, so maybe just tie it to Determination or something.
Just throwing this idea out there for discussion.

This should apply to MCH as well, because if not they would be left out all the time.

Of course, this would apply to MCH too. I was just in a BRD mindset at the time. ^^;

I had i idea like this for Bard moving forward to the next expansion. Instead of giving us new skills adding a specialty stat for each of the classes that effect what the class specializes in. For example Bard giving them more potency on the songs or requiring less mp per tick for the song that way you can play the song longer.

I just want slight change for WM skill, instead of full stop we can move at walking speed whenever we use weaponskill.

As for song, i hope SE put some "omph" to our song skill, right now our song has almost no "weight" in party, nobody will ask you to turn on foe requiem or mp regen in dungeon unlike healer protect skill, the moment you didnt cast it everyone will pull their hair and ask the healer in instant, bard song? Eh its fine nobody bother to ask lol.

I want bard song to be a "sign", a cue to change the "pace" in combat, basically when you turn on the song (in the right moment) everyone know this is the "lets do this!!!" Moment.

I dont mind if the new song will use more mp, in fact let it use more mp but ramp up the effect thus making it more "worthy" to use in the right moment.

I think the specialist system is what's coming. I think for bard tho we may be given a choice like do you continue being a support class or do you want to be a pure dps class and give up your support abilities in exchange for more dps and vise verses if you want to be a bard you get more powerful songs at the loss of some dps
