What should I be doing with Esoterics?

Hey folks. I haven't really played a ton since the last big patch, but I'm trying to get more into the game again. I already have my main job fully geared with Esoteric or better stuff from the vendor. So...what should I be doing with my esoterics before I cap them?

Well.. if you ain't working on relic or building up another job, buy crafting materials that are still selling well on the market board, and spend it on that.
