Anyone elses Support Desk not working?

I've tried for a few weeks now to get the support desk function to work yet all the fields are blank. Everything on the Information tab is "Retrieving Information..." and each sub window under Contact Us is blank 1/255. I can't enter any text. I've tried accessing the support desk on multiple servers and different data centers but to no avail. I reported this sometime back but it was moved to "Unable to verify" section of the forums though I've searched the forums and came up with some results related to my problem. Some seemed to fix themselves while others did not.

The only official response was from 2013 announcing a fix to the problem. I'd realy like to report people but I am unable to due to this. I was recommended to switch between the Information tab and History tab until "retrieving Information..." would change but this does not work. I've asked friends in game to check their support desk and they say its working just fine.
