Did not receive recruit a friend items

I used a code from a friend of mine for the recruit a friend program and did not receive the in-game items as follows:

- Friendship Circlet
- Aetheryte Pendulum

I had received a confirmation email stating the code was successful and my friend received his in-game items. I have no in-game mail.
