Request for Item Restoration

Pursuant to response from In-Game GM service, I would like to request restoration of the anima weapon "hyperconductive Hvelgermir". Response from In-Game GM Service indicated that a bug report should be filed because I cannot give a certain date/time during which the weapon was dropped. I suspect this occurred sometime in the last 7 days while I was cleaning out retainers of unneeded gear. As indicated by my achievements data, I received the weapon in question on April 24th, 2016. By sending this request, I agree to the policies and procedures described under Square Enix's one time item restoration documentation.
