Neck texture bug with survival shirt

Time: Since the addition of the item.
Frequency: Always when equipped.
World name: Tonberry
Character name: Charlotte Elise
In-game time: Linen Survival Shirt (not sure about dyeable version).
Steps: Equip item.

(Don't think ISP or PC information is relevant in this case)

Happening on female Miqo'te, untested on other races or genders. Has been tested by other users that happen to be the same race and gender, so not a problem with my files.
