I know how to play and I know what the rules mean, that site also does not yet know where they are last time I checked and has no data on them. I don't know where the new NPC's added in patch 3.3 are located, what requirements they have to allow you to challenge them and rules specifically the new patch 3.3 NPC's use in their matches. It seems no-one else knows either...
