Granted, the answers will be subjective but I'd love to hear the opinions of experienced players. Which tank do you find the most satisfying to play?

PLD, I enjoy the it because I feel comfortable with how I set up the cross bar, paying attention to the aggro bar more than my DRK ,and the extra defensive skills which give me the defenition of iron wall. Plus Clemency saved me countless time when healers were busy. This doesn't mean I don't like my DRK, I also love running with DRK too on content that I am comfortable with.
Having tried all 3, my personal feelings are:
PLD - I did not take it farther than I had to. It was B O R I N G ! ! ! Seriously, it was putting me to sleep. No other tank (or class) bored me as much as PLD.
WAR - All your abilities seem to be synergistic and make sense. Definitely the highest DPS amongst the 3. Only level 51 with this but you can feel it growing more powerful as you level. Storm's Eye was awesome and I'm sure Deliverance (next level) and Fell Cleave soon will make it that much nicer.
DRK - I don't know if it would have been as enjoyable if it started at level 1 but we'll never know. Lots of seemingly random abilities that go together like spaghetti and Chevrolet. Was very fun from the get-go at level 30 despite this shortcoming. I feel it has the best aesthetics of all 3.
Thats really all I can say until I get WAR to 60 and make a final decision.
Warrior hands down and I hit max on 2 characters.
WAR - Fun and it feels like a tank class.
DRK - Feels sluggish and weak with crappy animation.
PLD - I'd rather have Terry Crews give me a colonoscopy if I had to level pld to 60 again.
Warrior for solo and open-world, Dark Knight in instances, Paladin in PVP. personally.
PLD: most content. Any time I have to deal with new content of PUGs in any way PLD is there for me to help eat that extra damage and keep hate easy.
WAR: low man stuff or if I know the healer is REALLY good. (I hate the hp rubberbanding)
DRK: still under 50 and just not that fun to me. I hate the story and a good chunk of players start with it as a "fun new" tank, have no clue how to tank, and ruin my opinion of the class.
Having all maxed out and done all tanks in A5S-A7S and some degree of experience in A8S for all tanks, to me PLD is best. Of course, DRK and WAR have their flavours.
DRK in particular feels so rewarding if you do it right, a lot of optimization through weaving OGCDs without delaying your GCDs is a little bit clunky but manageable.
WAR feels more like "MOAR FELL CLEAVES OR U NUB" and rotation wise way easier than adjusting like DRK's, either eye>eye/eye>bb/eye/path kinda thing. WAR feels shitty at times since if you want to optimize dps, you gotta plan way more since you have the least active CDs vs DRK/PLD. WAR's stun in particular feels like a shitty one, comparing to less CD time for DRK and unlimited stun of PLD.
Whereas for PLD, simple rotation with multiple of kits to do things more differently than DRK/WAR in expense of comparably less DPS. Of course the whole DPS issue is pretty much optimizing uptime and "YOLO" for the most part.
I have tried all three up to 50 and leveled DRK to 60. As how I feel about them.
PLD: feels like trying to hit a nail with a saw. Sure it can be done but feels clunky to me.
WAR: I like war, but I don't feel comfortable with the stack building mechanic. I will propably level that too on some point.
DRK: don't know if it's because I main WHM but having to handle the mana management feels easy to me. I also like the big sword.
Probably DRK when my ping's low (i.e. when paying for WTFast). Warrior's pretty great too though, and PLD certainly was as well back when Clemency could crit for a ton (before the AP nerf).
Just really want Grit MP cost reductions and a bit less time required to swap Oaths and back for PLD is all...
Dark Knight due to the animations (grace and power in each movement!) and Plunge. Every job should have Plunge. They feel incomplete without it.
