Yours is 500mb, mine's 1.4gb, so that's a partial I think

After the download finished I closed it, and reopened the game. Now it is installing something else, but 868 MB this time.

EDIT: Also, the name of the update file makes it seem like this isn't the recent update for some reason? 5.21? I wonder why.
