Think HARD before you Buy

Remember there will be housing for the new city and apartments.

Think if you really want to shell out lots of money. Will you use it a lot? or will you use it for a week then afk in City and rarely ever go to it.


Remember, some people REALLY REALLY want to get a home ingame and decorate and use them for more than just trophies.

I don't think it's going to work. The demand is simply too high.

Maybe if you put on a ghost costume? As long as four meddlesome kids and a dog don't show up you just might get away with it! ;D

NEED GARDEN. Couldn't care less about house.

Bought my house last night 2 hours before servers went down...... was just going to log-out in lavender beds to be able to grab real quick. got a discount too was nice..... Also >.> I'm going to make all my money back real quick and level up my carpenter the last bit i need from this housing push.... BREAK ALL THE MB'S.

Or nonchalantly buy one since SE reduced prices so that anyone with an average mind can earn the money for one in a single day of game play :(

There was literally a small group of lalafels dedicating themselves to haunting the housing plots for a month prior to this patch using ghost costumes in an effort to crash housing value here on Balmung.
