Quick Clan Hunt question

For the HW Clan B rank weekly hunt targets, can both B ranks in a zone be up at the same time, or only one?

For example, if I'm hunting Squonk in the Sea of Clouds and I see Sanu Vali of the Dancing Winds (or whatever that name is really) instead, will I find Squonk elsewhere in the zone at the same time or does someone need to kill Sanu Vali before Squonk will spawn?

I know both Rank A elite marks can be up simultaneously. So I would guess the same is true of the Rank B marks and that, by extension, killing one does not affect the spawn timing of the other.
