Re- Constant Disconnections from Housing Instances

I previously submitted a bug and received a report back as "Working as Intended"

However, as I specifically mentioned in the prior bug report, I cannot check IP addresses of your instance servers, and making a generalization of "Hey Contact your ISP" when I do not have the information provided by your company is not going to help.

I am asking for what specific IP addresses of those servers so I can diagnose where the problem is coming from since it is ONLY happening On housing instances. I need your help in providing this information so that I can work with my ISP to find out where the problem lies. You do not of course need to reply on forums with those IP addresses, but I do need them so I can get help with my ISP since this is not occurring in other instances.

Problem: For the past 6 months I am getting disconnects from the game. It seems the vast majority of these disconnects are isolated to housing wards. I now believe there is something that needs to be checked on both ISP and your servers. I am on a wired connection on PS4. Since I do not know the IPs of the housing servers themselves I'm limited on what kind of testing I can do on a PS4.

It's extremely disruptive to gameplay since housing wards are usually when I do crafting. This is costing me millions in materials if I try to craft in a housing ward since you do no return materials when I'm disconnected.

Steps:
1. Enter housing ward
2. Will Disconnect.
3. The times it disconnects is random and often will cause me to have to wait before re-entering the game since it still registers I'm logged in. Sometimes right when I log in again it goes right into a 9002 error.
