I was trying to bind some macros to the 5 additional macro keys and it wouldn't let me. Does FF14 not recognize those keys?

I was trying to bind some macros to the 5 additional macro keys and it wouldn't let me. Does FF14 not recognize those keys?
I've not used a Blackwidow personally, but if it's like other keypads/programmable keyboards, you need to set what keys are on the Blackwidow using the software that comes with it and then those keys can be used from inside the game.
