Tooltip size stuck.

Hi there!

First off I want to apologise if I'm posting this in the wrong forum, I'm new to FF14 and this is my first time on the forum so not sure where to post it. If it's on the forum category please tell me and I will move it there.

Secondly I want to apologise if I word stuff wrong to create confusion or make it not make sense, or make any spelling errors.

So the other day I decided to mess around with the HUD Layout to something I was comfortable with, I like it how it is now though it'll take some time to get used to. But after I messed around with the HUD Layout, the tooltips for items within my inventory and on my Action skills are huge, much huger than they were. I looked in Character configuration and found I could change the size of tooltips, or at leas I thought it did. It's on standard but tooltips are quite huge, I've tried changing the size to large and maximum, then applied and took a look and no difference, I changed back to standard and no difference.

This may be a stupid question and if so I apologise, but it's bothering me a fair deal and I cannot find an answer anywhere else, so if know a way to help it'd be nice to know.
