Gold Saucer's Neglected Aethernet Shard

I've practically lived in the Gold Saucer for months now and when it comes to using the aethernet system there is one shard that I rarely ever use.

When is the last time you teleported to Wonder Square West, or used the crystal there to teleport elsewhere?
Personally, the only time I use the Wonder Square West shard is after I finish Cliffhanger (Wonder Square East) and want to get back to the Chocobo Square quickly, and even then I have to use the water elevator to get up to it. I never teleport to Wonder Square West.

Moving it down to the bottom level is a possibility, but I'd personally still never teleport to Wonder Square West because there's nothing there. Maybe putting something in Wonder Square West to give people a reason to teleport there would be the best option, but the question then is, what?

You could create a new GATE that starts in Wonder Square West, remodel the saucer a bit there to have a door that an NPC tells you leads to Godbert's office, or have some completely original idea of your own. All I ask is that you give the Wonder Square West aethernet shard more purpose.
