Raid the Lightning recruiting

Hi there!

Currently, we are not recruiting.

We are a midcore static, having only downed Sephirot EX and A5 Savage, (A1/A2/Thordan EX before 3.2) and getting closer at killing Vortexer in A6. Currently, we run as PLD-WAR-SCH-WHM-DRG-MNK-MCH-BLM. Our raid days differ from week to week, but a normal week usually consists of three days (Tue/Thu/Sun) and possibly an extra day. Lately this hasnt been the case, but I expect things to get normal after 3.3 hits.

Because of our team comp is four Finns and three UK-based players, raid hours are a bit... interesting for some. We have opted to start at 6pm GMT, and stop at 8pm GMT during the week, but its likely that we start running until 9pm. Weekends differ from this.

We don't require huge amounts of experience (its a plus though) from raiding or average ilvl 230. We prefer PS4 players or if you are a PC player owning a Vita for voice comms would be most excellent. However, if everything else falls into place, we are willing to try other methods (Discord/TS3?) Talking isnt 100% mandatory, but you need to at least understand English.

Knowing your class is a must. We ain't that good that we can carry people through relevant content. Also, maybe the most important requirement is that you are able to commit time to raiding. If you fail to show up you are screwing over seven other people. Due to bad experiences we had lately, I would also ask that you are 18+ years old and be able to dictate your own raid times.
