[Odin] MNK looking for static

Hello,
I am an ilvl 220 MNK with a sephi ex weapon (2 more gears needed for lore) looking for a serious group to (hopefully) reach current endgame with. I haven't really raided in FFXIV yet, but have lots of experience in a different game (Rift), so I'm familiar with raiding in general and know that I'm a decently fast learner. I know that I'm a bit behind gearwise, but I can clear the a5s and a6s sss dummies so I should be somewhat ready for those fights at least.

I am available every day except Saturday from 7pm to 11pm GMT.

We are a newly formed static looking to fill our last two spots. We are a handful of competent members with experience from endgame ARR. We have yet to raid together as a group, but individually we are very capable.
