Any1 has this problem? Well all i want is to purchase fantasia but i am not able to do it.
Cuse when i entered number n stuff this error 401 shows up...
Its very frustrating and i have been waiting for 24 hours<.<
I tried the customer serverice but geez what a bad tips they gave me there. My card works very fine on other games but not here.
Yep, currently can't update my payment method. Tried with 4 different cards I own.
Funny though, they took my subscription payment but I can't renew my retainers. To make things worse, I've finished the Feast of Famine quest but they are holding my other fish.
UPDATE:
After speaking with support I was able to email them a photo of my card and photo ID and they allowed the card to be registered.
All working as intended as of today.
My retainers have been freed, ransom paid.
As of today, I'm unable to update my payment information, missed raid with my static, and am still unable to play tonight. I guess they're ok with losing their subscribers.
I'm facing same error now , wanted to buy new optional items but nope can't. I remember having issues with payment and errors etc the first time I wanted to purchase the game like 3 years ago...
I guess they still have the same shitty payment methods (can't even use paypal LOL)
its funny though it's almost they don't want the money...
