I cannot annul my Eternal Bond.

Frequency: Only once
World Name: Gilgamesh at the time, but I'm now on Lamia
Character Name: Princess Rachel
Retainer Name: Spinder, Spinderella, Lillyrin
Class/Level: Bard 60
Party or Solo: solo
Race: Aura or Miqo'te I fantasia often
Steps:
1. I was eternally bonded on Lamia
2. I server transferred to Gilgamesh and discarded my ring
3. I transferred from Gilgamesh back to Lamia
4. When I went to get eternally bonded again I was unable because my eternal bond hadn't been annuled
5. My eternity ring is not in my possession so I cannot annul my bond

Please help me be able to get married again :(
