Steps:
1. I cleared the Savage Fist of the Son encounter to help my Free Company.
2. Nothing went awry at first, no chests dropped as expected since we were clearing for me and another person.
3. I did not receive a Midan Manifesto Page 1 for the weekly clear, as I was supposed to since I had not cleared before.
4. I had not entered any encounter past the one in question, so there was no reason for me to be locked out of loot for the week.
5. The message "You obtain a Midan Manifesto - Page 1" appeared on my screen following the clear, however, after searching through my inventory both manually and using the function, I was unable to find the item.
6. It was not in my retainer's inventory, company chest, or personal inventory.
