LS Static LF Exceptional WAR and NIN/MNK

Semi-HC raid group starting A8S is currently on the lookout for an exceptional WAR and NIN/MNK.
Our current MNK will be leaving us due to RL issues, and we are looking at replacing our WAR
due to lack of communication from him missing raid nights as well as language miscommunication causing a slower progression.

The ideal candidates should have Discord, be able to communicate with the group regarding callouts and have A7S experience (exceptions will be made for exceptional players regarding experience).
They should also be able to handle constructive criticism, input regarding group performance, look at improving their overall personal performance throughout the raid, and be punctual in attendance.

The raid times are currently Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 19:00 ST to 22:00 ST, but usually flexible days and times depending on general availability.
