1. You're limited to 20 posts a day
2. You're also limited to 1000 characters, but this can be bypassed by editing your post/ thread
So 20 threads or 20 replies?
Last I heard it's 5 Threads a day and 20 post a day.
Posting restrictions are actually directly connected to what level your character currently is in game - these are the official forum posting restrictions and the in-game level requirements for them. SE implemented these posting restrictions because of stupid people flamming and trolling the Beta Test forum before the game was actually released.
