My server is Sargatanas, me and several other people in my FC/LS have been experiencing lag making raids almost unplayable. 5/17/16 was the date the lag occurred and it was worse then other days. I don't know if there is anything that can be done with the servers.
I live in Oregon and my ISP is Comcast if that is any help.
