Selling my Estate! (Small Plot - Beds)

Some of you may know me, others not. I've decided to sell my estate in the Lavender Beds. The reason I'm selling is because I've decided to transfer this character to another server.

It's a nice small plot on the Lavender Beds, up on a hill, kind of by itself, but still pretty close to a market board, aethyrite, and summoning bell.

For now, my asking price is 4,000,000gil OBO (Yes, price is reasonably negotiable).

Very interested, i'm ingame now but the money with which i can buy is currently in a friend's posession. would it be possible to reserve the plot whilst we negotiate?
