LF> WHM/AST for LS Static Raid Group

We are a mid-core raid group looking for a WHM for our A7S progression static. We have gotten A7S down to 38% (Merry-go-round Phase).

Times:
We raid three times a week for three hours each night. (So a total of 3 days and 9 hours of raiding.) Our times are Wednesday (6:00pm EST - 9:00pm EST), Friday (6:30pm EST - 9:30pm EST) and Saturday (6:30pm EST - 9:30pm EST)

Requirements:

• We are seeking a skilled WHM who will essentially be the main healer.
  We are seeking a WHM who has cleared A5S and has at least sufficient amount of experience in A6S (Preferably Swindler experience of Vortexer experience - A6S clear is a plus!)
  We are seeking someone who is able to take critism.
  We are seeking someone who is a fast learner.
  We are seeking someone who can communicate to the tanks and your co-healer. (Communication is vital!)
