Extremely frustrated- Unable to Patch FFXIV Files

I have already port forwarded and spent hours on looking up solutions for this stupid problem (which I should not have to do ever). I am extremely pissed, and at a total loss. I literally cannot download and play this game. Thing is I did a full computer windows clean install, and now I cannot play the game. It was working fine last week and for whatever reason, I cannot download the patch.

"Unable to download Patch Files [30413][25008]20495]" error code is ruining everything right now, and my money is going down the drain.

If you're on Windows, go into the following folder within your Documents folder:

Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\downloads

You should see a ffxivpatch directory which may/may not have inside it. Just delete the whole folder. Leave the ffxivupdater.exe.

Then when you run the game it should recreate that folder, work out what patches it needs to get and just get those.

Also, make sure you have more than 2GB of disk space (3+ ideally) on your drive C: (unless you moved your user profile somewhere else). It doesn't matter if you installed the game on another drive, all files download via the Documents directory above first, then are moved to their final destination.
