Steps:
1. Joined a DR Mentor
2. Got disconnected while playing
3. when rejoined and finishing the dungeon it doesn't count as a DR:mentor nor you recieve the reward
4. when i got a low level dungeon in DR:mentor and I got disconnected i got the reward of DR Leveling instead

That's a pretty technical problem. So you're never getting the lore reward? Are you sure you're not capped or something?

as long i don't disconnect or crash i can get it normally.
