Public aetherytes at house

What do you guys think of the idea of aetherytes that can have whitelist options to allow others to teleport to your home? To me, this would would make visiting other peoples houses much more appealing and get rid of the awkward travelling between wards. The cost of the teleport would naturally be more expensive (akin to favourited locations vs. regular locations)

For me, this would be convenient as my static's FC has a house, and my FC has a house, and I would love to be able to teleport to both.
