Hello everyone!
After the may 8th, I'm having a big problem with logging in. The client does not load properly, it's either all white, or all black, or the username/password part does not appear. And if I'm finally get to log in I'm having an error 2002. Yesterday I've managed to log in after an hour of failed attempts.
I'm on PS4, and a friend of mine on mac is having the same issues.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Try loading Internet Explorer (even if that's not your main browser you use) and go into the options there and delete the "Temporary Internet Files", then reload the game and see if it has made a difference.
The actual login page is piggybacking off Internet Explorer, but if the cache gets messed up you can experience what you described.
I'm on PS4. There is no Internet Explorer there.

Sorry I missed that line about you being on PS4! I don't know how the PS4 version handles the login screen, but worth a try all the same.
