Linking and Game Verification issue

Okay so this is a little confusing so I will attempt to break it down as concisely as possible.

I played the 2 week free trial on ps3 and then attempted to buy the FFXIV online bundle with the full Realm Reborn game as well as the Heavensward expansion. However, it would not allow me to purchase the bundled game because it was registering my free trial as me having a subscription. I attempted to remove the free trial several times but it still would not give me the option to purchase the bundle (which was discounted and better than buying them separately considering Heavensward can not be purchased digitally from the psn).

So instead I logged into my other psn account which had not used the free trial and on that account it allowed me to purchase the bundle. So I paid the 49.99 for the bundled version, downloaded and installed it onto my ps3 system assuming that I would receive a code in my email that I could then input onto my SE account. However I did not receive a code. I attempted to log in to the FF servers with my SE account, which worked fine, but it did not register that I had purchased the game because my account is linked to my other PSN i.d.

I used my husbands account to purchase the game but he does not play and I do not want my SE account linked to his psn obviously, so how can I get some sort of code to input to prove that I have purchased the game and get it properly linked up to my SE account so I can start playing?

I think you might find that you would need to contact sony regarding this issue because it's to do with your PSN ID and not SE. If you ask them Sony may refund you so you can then purchase on the PSN ID you want to, I've never had to do this before so I'm not sure whether they can. I don't know whether they can do a transfer to another PSN ID but if they can't, again something I've not had to deal with before, then there's no harm in asking for a refund.

EDIT: Oh and I forgot to mention, when you contact Sony regarding this, they should be able to help you out with the difficulties in purchasing FFXIV bundle on your PSN ID.
