Good tank looking for static!

Hi there! I'm looking for a static for AS, I currently don't have any AS experience but i'm a good player, watch many guides. Have a lot of common sense, use voice comms etc. Normally looking for a static wouldn't be a problem if I played on an EU server (i'm from the UK) but because most of my FFXIV friends are american I came to ultros. Now due to my work schedule I have to work from 6am so that means I can only raid until around 11:30pm GMT, which is about 7:30pm EST. If there are any statics that raid that early and can take me on i'd be so grateful! Or even a static that raids weekends? (i don't work weekends) Thank you. :cool:
