Blacklist is full of Gil Seller Spam

I am constantly being harassed by gil spammers. My BLACKLIST is FULL, again, since the last time I sent in a report (three weeks ago). I would copy EVERY name on the list and send it to you, then DELETE my BLACKLIST, AGAIN, but you don't allow that, or even make it easy to empty the list....because you don't seem to care or do anything constructive AT ALL to fix this issue.
