Furthering Character Creation Possibilities?

Has there been any consideration with the devs to further character creation process? I've talked to several people who agree with having body tattoos (arms, chest, back, etc). I could also see piercing options (outside of the accessory earrings for stats) being viable.

Other thoughts: facial hair, more types of beard (wizard beards, braided beards, etc) and mustache options; body hair (chest hair, arm hair); an age slider; weight sliders; having long and short options for similar hairstyles and/or not limiting certain styles according to race and gender.

These are rather frivolous, I know. Even if these aren't in CC itself, what if tattoos could be rewards for doing quests? like, obtainable rewards of "Hey, I did this!" Or Jandelaine could provide the furthered facial hair and hair styles as an unlockable feature.

Can we discuss this and how maybe a ball could be rolling?
